These Terms of Service apply to all services ("Services") provided by Hologen Technologies Ltd. When "Hologen" is referenced, it refers to Hologen Technologies Ltd.
These Terms are legally binding and govern your use of our Services. Please read them carefully.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Hologen, including viewing any artwork or content, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install, access, or use the Service.

--Changes to Terms of Service--
We reserve the right to change these Terms as our business needs evolve.
We will make changes apparent by updating the "Effective Date". Continued use of the Service after the Effective Date means you accept the updated Terms.

--Short In-App Summary (Quick Read)--
Hologen is a video sharing and interactive media platform. Creators upload content and are responsible for what they upload.
Do not upload content you do not have rights to. Use the in-app report tools to report abuse or infringement.
If you are under 13, do not use Hologen. You must be 18+ to buy subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Hologen is provided "as is". We may update or change the Service at any time.

1) Eligibility
This app is not suitable for children under 13 years old.
You must be 18+ to purchase any subscription, in-app purchase, or paid content.
You are responsible for complying with local laws in the country where you download or use the Service.

2) Health, Safety, and Content Disclaimer
Interactive graphics and motion based media may cause discomfort, eye strain, dizziness, or seizures for some users.
Use the Service responsibly and discontinue use if you experience discomfort.
Some content may include themes, visuals, or dialogue that some users may find offensive. Please review content descriptions before viewing or purchasing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hologen is not responsible for illness, injury, or offense arising from your use of the Service.

3) General Usage Guidelines
Hologen is designed to be used when sitting or standing in a safe environment.
Do not use Hologen while driving, walking, running, cycling, operating machinery, or during any work or duties.
Do not use Hologen in unsafe conditions or environments. Lock your phone if you need to attend to something else.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hologen is not responsible for any injury or inconvenience caused by improper use of the Service or your device.

4) Data Usage
Hologen requires an internet connection.
Hologen cannot be held responsible for any data charges incurred during use or updating the app.

5) Subscriptions and Purchases
Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorised store account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your account settings at any time after purchase.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period. You can cancel at any time, and you may continue to use the subscription benefits until the subscription expires.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, and you must contact their customer support for refunds because we cannot process refunds directly.

6) Nature of the Service
Hologen is a video sharing and interactive media platform.
The Service allows users to upload, stream, and interact with holographic and spatial media content, including user generated content ("UGC").

7) User-Generated Content (UGC)
Hologen does not create, endorse, or pre-moderate UGC.
Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload, including ensuring they have all necessary rights, permissions, and licences.
© All rights belong to their respective owners, except where content is created by the user, often referred to as user generated content (UGC). UGC is considered transformative in nature.
You agree not to upload content that infringes copyright, violates privacy, is defamatory, illegal, or violates these Terms.

8) Content Moderation and Reporting
We provide reporting tools for abuse, infringement, or policy violations.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Content may not be removed immediately. Reviews may take time and may require additional information, including to prevent false or abusive reporting.

9) Acceptable Use
You are not permitted to use the Service for unlawful or misleading purposes.
You are not permitted to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
You are not permitted to attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or networks connected to the Service.

10) Updates or Removal of the App
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
We cannot be held responsible if the app is removed from the App Store, Google Play, or any other store for any reason.
We are not responsible for any failure, interruption, or compatibility issues caused by updates, platform changes, or device changes.

11) Classification
Hologen is a streaming application powered by a real time 3D engine and interactive media systems.
Hologen is not a television service, broadcaster and does not guarantee availability of any specific content, user, creator, or feature at any time.

12) Intellectual Property(IP),Patents, Trademarks and Licensing
All IP and respective trademarks are owned by or licensed to Hologen Technologies Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Third party licences may be used in Hologen content and we use content under purchase agreements and licensing by their respective owners where applicable.
- You are not permitted to infringe Hologen patents or proprietary techniques. If you want to use Hologen technology, request a licence via contact.
- You are not permitted to extract source code or copy content, artwork, or assets.
- You are not permitted to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the Service or app.
- You are not permitted to redistribute the Service or its technology.
- You are not permitted to sell or redistribute the app in any other app stores or websites.
- You are not permitted to crack, bypass security, or tamper with the app in any form.
- You are not permitted to copy or sell music, sound, or graphics from the app.

13) DMCA and Copyright Takedown (US)
If you believe content on Hologen infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request with sufficient information to identify the work and the allegedly infringing material.
Your notice should include your name, contact details, a description of the copyrighted work, the URL or content identifier, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised.

14) UK and EU Copyright and Illegal Content Notices

18) Community Guidelines
Hologen is built for creators and fans. By using the Service you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.
- Upload only content you created or have permission to use.
- Do not post content that includes hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying, or targeted abuse.
- Do not post content that promotes violence, self harm, or illegal activity.
- Do not post sexual content involving minors, or exploitative content of any kind. This will be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
- Do not share personal data of others without consent, including addresses, phone numbers, or private information.
- Do not spam, manipulate engagement, or use bots to inflate views or interactions.
- Respect creators and users. Use the report feature for violations and do not abuse reporting.
- If you repeatedly violate guidelines, we may restrict or terminate your account.

20) Governing Law
If you are a UK consumer, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you may bring claims in your local courts where applicable.

If you are in the EU, mandatory consumer protections under applicable EU member state law remain unaffected.
